Sent the broken product, I opened dispute and then appeal the AliExpress asked for more proof, but I presented pictures and video of the product that arrived broken and even then did not provide my due refund, I honestly feel disrespectful and I was at a loss, I paid for something to use and now there is no way to use it, More evidence that I presented impossible, Aliexpress now wants more evidence but not specific which ones, and it was clear in the photos and video that arrived broken, disrespected and illegal not to say criminal, misappropriation of my money unfortunately!
